Cancellation Policy
Once you have submitted your order, there is no refund as we have to allocate the cookies specially for you.
If there is a genuine need for cancellation, there will be some administration fees involved as we have to reverse all the charges related to your order via our service providers.
Every single transaction is using Hitpay Payment solutions to interface with your PayNow. To cancel, there are administrative works required which can takes up to 10-15 mins just to handle a single order.
The admin charges would be
- $5 for an order up to $100
- $10 for an order up to $300
- $40 for an order up to $1,000
