1. Collection Timing (For CNY 2021):
   1. Collection Timing is daily  (3PM-9PM)
   2. Batch#1 (ordered on 6-11Jan)
      1. Last Day for Cookies collection 31/Jan-Sun 9PM
   3. Batch#2 (ordered on 24Jan)
      1. First Day of collection on 27/Jan (3PM-9PM)
      2. Last Day for Cookies collection 7/Feb-Sun 9PM
2. Procedure for Collection (before You come):
   1. Whatsapp the following Contact: +6592357320
   2. Message ” Order#nnnn: Coming Self-Collect at hh:mm AM/PM
   3. When you about to arrive within 5 mins, please *MESSAGE/CALL*  +6592357320
   4. Jenny Bakery staff  will look for your order and walk down to pass to you (Please allow 5-10mins)
3. Please note the following
   1. We will request your Mobile# for verification before passing you the cookies
   2. If you need EXTRA cookies, please WhatsApp in advance to check, else we have to walk up and down to retrieve the extra cookies for you
   3. Please check your order before you leave
   4. We do not deliver to the LRT/MRT station or Bus Stop. We simply don’t have the manpower to do so
   5. Do not walk in without calling and expect we know your order#. Give us some lead time to prepare
   6. We will not pass you any receipt as you have the electronic invoice by email
