Self-Pickup
From 27/Apr (Sat) to 5/May (Sun)

1. You must order online before Self-Collection for stock availability and payment due to contactless transactions.
2. Collection Timing:
   1. Collection Timing is MON-SUN  (12PM-8PM)
   2. The last day for collection is 5/May-SUN 8PM.
   3. Procedure for collection (15 minutes before you come):
      1. WhatsApp the following Contact: +6592357320
      2. Message ” Order#nnnn: Coming to Self-Collect at hh:mm AM/PM
      3. When you are about to arrive within 5 mins, please *MESSAGE/CALL*  +6592357320
      4. Jenny Bakery staff  will look for your order and walk down to pass it to you (please allow at least 5-10 minutes)
3. Please note the following
   1. We will request your Mobile Number for verification before passing you the cookies.
   2. if your schedule does not match our collection timing, WhatsApp in advance to check if any staff is available to pass you the cookies at your preferred timing.
   3. If you need EXTRA cookies, please WhatsApp in advance to check, otherwise, we will have to walk up and down to retrieve the extra cookies for you.
   4. Please check your order before you leave
   5. We do not deliver to the LRT/MRT station or Bus Stop. We simply don’t have the manpower to do so
   6. Do not walk in without calling and expecting us to know your order#. Give us some lead time to prepare
   7. We will not pass you any receipt as you have the electronic invoice by email
