  1. How to use the Jenny Bakery Reservation System “Click Here”

Changing Reservations

  1. How do I change / cancel my reservation?
    1. Please note that the system only allow the administrator to “Cancel” an existing order and cannot make changes.
    2. Write an email to BookSG@JennyBakery.com
  2. I have accidentally made a duplicate reservation, what should I do to avoid my reservation being cancelled?
    1. Write an email to BookSG@JennyBakery.com to cancel
  3. Can I get someone else to collect on my behalf?   Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?
    1. Yes, we only need the reservation information like (Name, Phone or Email)

Special Requirements

  1. My preferred collection dates is not offered in your list, can I reserve and collect on a date that I want?
    1. We are sorry but you need to come only on per-allocated collection date and time.
      1. Fri (12PM-7:30PM) or
      2. Sat (12PM-7:30PM)
      3. If you did not collect by Saturday (7:30PM), we would offer your cookies to the other walk-in customer on Sunday
  2. I consume a lot of your cookies? Can I make different reservations for collection in different weeks (e.g. all three weeks that you accept reservations??)
    1. Yes
  3. How can I make bulk reservations for my company?
    1. Please write to Sales_SG@JennyBakery.com


  1. What is the expiry date of the cookies if I reserve 2 weeks in advance?
    1. When you reserve 2 weeks in advance, you are reserving the cookies that is baked on that week and normally it has an expiry date of 4-5 Weeks
  2. Where do I go to collect my reservation?
    1. 422 Ang Mo Kio Ave 3, #01-2534, Singapore 560422
  3. If you close your store due to out-of-stock, and I have not collected my reservation yet, what should I do?
    1. We will always open for collection
      1. Fri (12PM-7:30PM)
      2. Sat (12PM-7:30PM)
  4. Am I able to utilize my full quota of 10 tins in my reservation, and buy additional tins as a walk-in customer during collection (ie: more than 10 tins)?
    1. Yes, if stock is available
  5. I had a ‘no show’ because of circumstances beyond by control, how do I let Jenny Bakery know so you won’t blacklist me for future reservations?
    1. Write an email to BookSG@JennyBakery.com to cancel
